All content displayed on the Site, including without limitation the MARCORA name, Morro, 5 fragrance name, logos, shirt designs, product imagery, text, and other proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of MARCORA Textile Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

The content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content, branding, or product designs without the explicit prior written consent of MARCORA Textile Limited is strictly prohibited.

3. Products and Transactions

Terms of Sale and Product Information

  1. Product Accuracy: While we strive for absolute accuracy in color and texture representation, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the product’s true shade. All measurements provided (including those in our size guide) are approximate.

  2. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include UK VAT where applicable.

  3. Order Acceptance: Completion of the online checkout process does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Order acceptance is confirmed only upon the successful dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, errors in product description or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  4. Payment: We accept payments via the methods indicated on the Site. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Specifically, UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase, starting from the day after the goods are received.
