  1. Domestic Shipping

    We are delighted to offer reliable and expedient shipping services across the entire United Kingdom. All orders are treated with the utmost care, reflecting the quality of the garment within.

    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our atelier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been prepared for collection by our courier.

  2. International Shipping

    At present, our standard e-commerce operations are focused exclusively on the UK market.

    For our discerning clients residing outside the United Kingdom, we welcome bespoke inquiries for international delivery. Please contact us directly at contact@marcoralife.com with your full shipping address and the items you wish to purchase. We will then calculate a specific shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline for your approval.

  3. Return Window: We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

    3. Refund processed upon inspection

  5. Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

  6. Return Eligibility Conditions: At MARCORA, we pride ourselves on the impeccable quality and unworn condition of every garment we ship. To ensure fairness and maintain our high standards, all returns are subject to the following strict conditions:

    • Pristine Condition: All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of any damage, odors,, or deodorant marks.

    • Original Packaging & Tags: The garment must be returned with all original MARCORA tags securely attached and enclosed in its original branded packaging, including any protective poly bags or garment bags provided.

    • Final Inspection: All returned items are subject to a final inspection upon receipt at our atelier. Items that fail to meet the above conditions will be returned to the client, and a refund will not be issued.

    We highly recommend trying on all garments with care immediately upon delivery to ensure your return complies with these standards.
